Pastor Al is an ordained licensed minister in the Church of God, Cleveland, TN. He is the founder and Sr. Pastor of Abundant Life Inc in Gaithersburg, MD. Under this ministry he founded the Abundant Life Learning Center (ALLC).

He has 4 gifted children who are all musicians and/or singers and preachers. Jr, the eldest, is an ordained minister who serves as Elder along with his wife JaQualia, at the Harvest International Embassy located in Ohio. His second son, Jesse and his wife, LaKeesha, serve as Deacons and Musicians at New Birth Christian Ministries in Ohio. Daniel, better known as “The Drummer,” not only serves as a musician but is also a teacher and exhorter at ALLC. His baby girl, Natasha, is a worship leader at ALLC.

Pastor Al is a family man that loves the Lord and people. God called him to preach at the tender age of 16 yrs old in Phila, PA under the leadership of his father, the Rev Roland G Leonard, Sr.

He is a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School in Phila. PA where he graduated with Honors and a three (3) year scholarship to attend the world renowned Williamson Trade School in Media, PA. After graduating the Lord directed him to relocate to the Maryland area.

Pastor Al served at the Gaithersburg Church of God and the Rockville Church of God in many different capacities and duties such as Youth Ministry, Worship Leader, etc.

As a visionary, God directed him to the Germantown area to expand the Church of God in the Upper Montgomery County area. Pastor Al has received many awards and honors for his service to the Middlebrook Community of Germantown, MD. The Church of God Delmarva-DC has award him as a Decadal Pastor with over 20 years of pastoral service in Germantown, MD.

In February of 2011 he founded the Abundant Life Learning Center (the teaching arm of Abundant Life Inc) and relocated the church to Gaithersburg, MD to continue fulfilling the vision that God has given him.

Apostle Jeraldine is Co-Pastor of Abundant Life Inc. She is also the founder of Deliver Me Ministry (DeliverMe.info), which is dedicated to seeing God's people delivered and freed from the oppression of the enemy.

She was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA where her 2 sisters still reside: Jean Stroud whom God gifted in finances and Linda Poole who is the Assistant Pastor at the High Street Church of God. She began preaching and teaching at the age of 19 under the anointed leadership of Pastor Roland G. Leonard, Sr. She later moved to Maryland after marrying Pastor Al in June of 1980.

Apostle Jeraldine graduated from the Minister’s Internship Program of the Church of God along with her husband. She also has taken classes through the Covenant Theological Seminary.

Currently she teaches classes on Deliverance, Healing and Prophecy. It has been one of her greatest commissions by God to see people come into the full knowledge in those areas.

Apostle Jeraldine’s family is very important to her. All of her 4 children are serving in some capacity in ministry or worship. And since their marriage she has worked side by side with her husband in ministry.
